Approach

To describe my coaching approach, it is sometimes easier to describe what it is not. I am not a problem solving consultant that will target the client’s pain points and attempt to solve those singularly. The client has probably tried that already.

As an Integral Coach, I seek to understand the client’s pain points in the context of his whole world: his environment, relationships, and body. From that place, we develop a plan of where to shift. This puts the client on a path of a sustainable transformation.

Structure

As a coach I do want to provide opportunity for reflection, widening the perspective and opening ways to different approaches which could help to work through your challenges.

A typical Coaching relationship lasts between 3 and 6 months, consists of 10 sessions.

The client will receive a specific coaching program that will help to develop skills and awareness through self-reflection, exercises and practices.

Sessions

The Coaching sessions typically last 60 minutes and will be done via Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.

When requested and manageable from both sides face to face sessions could be set up as well.
