Oliver is a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Coach in the Zurich area (Switzerland). He is working in the Consulting and Learning & Organizational Development space of IT companies for more than 20 years. Being an Educational Psychologist Oliver has been able to apply, broaden and deepen his knowledge and experience at work. He is passionate about helping individuals, groups, and organizations to be capable of continuous adjustment and pro-activity. Oliver’s special interest areas cover coaching, positive leadership, leadership in humility, career development, mindfulness, the future of work and society.

Outside of work Oliver enjoys the time with his family, still curls for fun, plays Golf passionately and likes to keep himself fit.
